Hayfever-Loratadine not cutting it?

I've been taking it since the beginning of the year but now the thing I seem to react to the most is coming into flower, I'm struggling.

Can I take 2? Is that allowed?

I find loratadine to be the only one that doesn’t make me feel drowsy. I double up on it when the pollen is particularly bad, my mum was advised to take 4 tablets a day for a month by her doctor after having an allergic reaction so it should be fine.

I thought this but tried DH's fexofenidune in desperation and it seems ok ( and actually bloody works unlike loratadine). I do still have to use the eye drops as well on the worst days but lots better.

I had the injection today. Not through NHS, through an aesthetics nurse. Very excited to see if it works!

The injection is fantastic until you read the long term side effects

I have super bad pollen/grass tree allergies to the point I had to do a 3 years treatment with the NHS: ingesting my own allergies in my mouth everyday for 3 years but i still take fexofenadine regularly but this has improved, this can be done by really pushing with your GP though. Anyway my GP never wanted me to do the injection apparently it could damage the muscles so dont recommend that!

Another vote for Treathay here. Take it first thing in the morning and give it a few days. My eyes are the worst this year. Suffering with dry eyes. Not sure if linked to the hay fever.
