Music - Hidden History of the Attic - Radio 4, Sunday and today

Did anyone listen to this programme (13:30 on Sunday 23/4, 1130am today - and of course, on Sounds) - or would anyone who knows music be able to tell me the music that was used for the start and as a theme throughout? It is so familiar to me, but I can't pin it down.... I think it may be Chopin or Debussy, but I cannot name it.
I can pick out a few notes, but would love to get my hands on the sheet music.
There was no info on the programme page, and I have even emailed the Production company but no reply yet, and I am very impatient (and it will soon have drifted off out of my brain, so I won't even be able to hum it, never mind play it....).
Any help would be great!

Answer for myself, and if anyone else is (unlikely, it seems) interested.....

Chopin's Nocturne Op 9 No1 in Bflat minor
