@FishChipsMushyPeas oooh I like actual Licorice but not stuff like dandelion and burdock, I’m a bit picky with aniseed. DH keeps trying to be cheffy and sprinkle fennel seeds through pasta sauce but he was a bit heavy handed so I hid them but he just bought a HUGE sack from some spice wholesale place so I’ve rather shot myself in the foot there…

@dizzydizzydizzy I don’t eat meat and one Christmas I ended up having a starter and main both drenched in truffle oil/sauce for my work to and I swear I smelt it from my pores for days
