Saturday kitchen- what’s your food hell?

Mine would be chocolate orange but I’d be screwed bcs I know everyone else seems to love it and it’d get voted in by a huge majority…

Beetroot. No contest.
It looks so pretty and the texture is lovely but the taste is disgusting.

Me too. He never looked at the camera. Was he being polite in looking at the person he was talking to or not getting the concept? Strange for someone who does live shows.

Coriander as well. Or cockles, they’re a local “delicacy” but taste like eating a mouthful of beach!

Fish pie or corned beef hash.

I love all fish and seafood except smoked haddock which I can't bear and appears in most fish pies, even without it the combination with potato just doesn't work. Corned beef is awful too.

I love Okra but my food hell would be salmon in any form, tinned, smoked, cooked… hate all salmon.

Liver and Lentils are hell to me and meat on the bone
Served together yuck

My nightmare dishes would be lambs liver with lentil dahl

Or duck legs with bean cassoulet with lentils 🤢

I like most of the things mentioned here except tripe, which I have never tried and don’t really want to!
The only relatively normal thing I really dislike is tea (the drink). So that would be my food hell.

Tuna In anything, it's vile.
