Beige M & S dog (sold early 2004)

DS1's comfort toy is a beige M&S dog with a collar saying "take me home", probably purchased early 2004. It is not lost but I would love a spare one because I dont know what would happen if it ever is lost [panic emoticon]. I have checked with M&S and they do not have any more of them anywhere. The product code (on his label) is 9673-694. If anyone has one that their child is not attached to I would happily pay for it and would be eternally grateful! TIA

aaaaah we have one but unfortunately he is quite loved (not quite as much as the 2 very similar M&S hippos we have, but nearly). Got him in a charity shop

just wanted to say the product code on ours is slightly different - 6973 465 - am sure it's the same one or v.similar though

Sounds exactly like my ds' favorite. We managed to track down a backup on eBay - good luck!

Thanks tag. I hadn't anticipated that everyone's child would have one that they are attached to; I thought no one would have one! I may need that luck!

Does your lo know there are two hippos MrsJC, or do you rotate them secretly?!

she knows there are two now. she has one in bed and the other is allocated to whichever other toy is most in favour that day...
