North - Norway
South - New Zealand
East - New Zealand

I was quite surprised by two of my answers. A lot of countries aren't where I thought they were in relation to each other.

No it wouldn't? It's bang in the middle?

Depends where you're coming from; if you live on/near the International Date Line, then you could travel all the way to the furthest east point (form your starting point) and then be at the furthest west point with a step or two!!

Just thought that maybe the coromandel was further east than Napier but forgot about the angle of NZ. Also didn’t realise how far west Banff was. I thought Peru was further over!

But that's the same as any point on the earth? Anywhere is the furthest east or west from somewhere on that basis? We're all in agreement on what's the most north or south so surely the dateline qualifies as the east/west delineation.
