I really, really fancy cheese on beans on toast

I have no cheese or bread and I’m also low carbing, but if I had them in I’d definitely succumb as I have the flu and want it so bad. In a perfect world is even stretch to a tin of beans and sausages….or even the big breakfast tin (do they still do that?!)

What’s your poorly comfort food?

Mine too!

Cheese and beans in a baked potato, loads of butter, same as @Wishona

@Brewskipa my late lovely Nan always said feed a cold starve a fever, so if unwell eat what you fancy.

This. I had food poisoning (or something) abroad and when I started feeling better this was what I craved. Comfort food from my childhood.

Marmite on white buttery toast, then smothered in beans topped with cheese

Heinz tomato soup with cheese grated into it, lots of pepper, white buttered bread to dip

definitely beans on toast with grated cheese on top.

also a sucker for buttery toast but I like my toast to have cooled down enough so that the butter doesn’t melt.
