What do you love in your garden at the moment?

Putting this here rather than Gardening as it's for non gardeners too.

I'm loving the blossom just coming out on the flowering cherry I planted in the autumn. And watching the blackbirds try to catch worms in the too long grass.

The fact that we’ve just had a fit and very hardworking young chap in to do some fairly major, long overdue jobs.
Well worth the money and lots of cups of tea!

Send him my way 😂😂

Mine would have to be my bird table/bath. Love watching the birds have a feast or a paddle 😂

Are they marsh marigolds of some type, mine are out at the moment. They can vary in size - the ones in my barrel pond are only about the size of buttercups.

Yes, well deduced, a quick Google confirmed that's what they are

@EmilyGilmoresSass , yes, I should have mentioned the birds. Among others, inc. lots of blue and long tailed tits, great spotted woodpeckers on the fat balls, goldfinches pigging out on sunflower hearts, and even a green woodpecker seen more than once on a tree in the front garden. It was ages since I’d seen one of those.
The parakeets are a bit of a noisy PITA and do devour masses of sunflower hearts, but are very pretty so we forgive them.
