Ryanair 'small personal bag'

Flying with Ryanair for my sins, can anyone share an example of what they have used as the small personal bag please? Only going for two nights so happy can for what I need but don't want to get fleeced at the airport.

I've been looking at the tik tok ones on Amazon.

Thanks

I use compression cubes. As long as you keep your eye on weight, they work a treat. No knicker related issues 😂

"The small bag is very small. Handbag size. The cabin bag you could easily do two days with.
You could probably do two days with the small bag but that’s not small bag plus handbag - the small bag IS the handbag."

No it's not. The small bag is backpack sized. You can fit loads in. It's all we travel with. This is easyJet's bag sizing

Ryanair definitely know what they are doing. With the increase in the price of flights, most people are looking to go away from slightly longer breaks less frequently. Certainly, I find myself aiming for a week covering a few destinations in the region whereas I was previously happy doing long weekends. Longer duration means travelling less lightly and greater baggage charges.

I was going to post my bag, then I realised it’s over the teeny tiny permitted dimensions…

I would say thoogh that I fly with Ryanair frequently (at least once or twice a month) and I’ve never been questioned. Nobody has ever measured or weighed my bag and it fits under the seat even though it’s 10x10x5 too big (apparently) 🤣

probably not worth the risk though!

Sorry I haven't rtft, just wanted to check that a standard secondary school kids bag is ok? It's a bit more than 40cm long, but certainly won't be packed full. That should be ok shouldn't it?

I would have thought so, as long as it fits under the seat it should be fine.
