Anyone up? Feeling very sick at MILs

I'm just in bed.. at MILs, 7 hours away from home. Everyone is asleep. The one toilet is next to their bedroom & if I start being sick I'll wake everyone up (for some reason I'm a loud puker!) This is a TINY 3 bed house...

I don't want to wake DH or DS as they're sharing the 7 hour drive home tomorrow. We leave at 10am.

Anyone have any tips for getting asleep? Easing nausea? Easing heart burn!? (I think it's heart burn triggering nausea)

Ahhhh

Ah no, sounds like we had similar - I had quite an intense headache (probably not a migraine) which made it difficult to take a catnap. I did throw up a couple more times after my post but then headache cleared so I could rest a bit.

Think you must have less than 2 hours to go, take it easy this evening :)
