A bacon and banana sandwich. Honestly, it's amazing.

Any other suggestions welcome!

McDonalds chips dipped in McDonalds milkshake <lowers the tone>

I've found my person! I've been doing this for almost 40 years. DH thinks I'm odd but proudly both my DD love it. Reminds me of my dad. Oh and it's gotta be banana and salty fries.

thecrispfiend · 03/04/2023 23:34

Some dirty bast*s on here!!

Crikeyalmighty · 03/04/2023 23:36

@Augend23 When we lived in Denmark we had an awful lot of meatballs on rice with lingonberry jam

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 03/04/2023 23:38

I love chips & gherkins dipped in strawberry yogurt so I guess that's similar to the McDonalds fries dipped in their milkshake.

Marmalade on sausages is lush, my friend's then toddler got me trying that.

However I draw the line at another friend's penchant for banana & brown sauce sandwiches! 🤮

Groutyonehereagain · 03/04/2023 23:39

I love sweet and sour from the Chinese takeaway but some of these on here sound revolting. 🤮

MeinKraft · 03/04/2023 23:39

I had warm banana bread with honey, yoghurt, berries and bacon once and it was lush.

MrsClatterbuck · 03/04/2023 23:42

Christmas cake with Cheshire cheese.
Pears with Cambazola cheese

FrillyGoatFluff · 03/04/2023 23:49

Nutella and cheese on toast

DahliaMacNamara · 04/04/2023 00:14

I like to eat sweet baked goods (buttered scones, toasted teacakes) with a side of room temperature tomato juice.

viques · 04/04/2023 00:16

Chocolate covered pretzels

AdaColeman · 04/04/2023 00:38

Oooh yes! Tomato juice with Lee & Perrins, served with warm cheese scones is a real treat!

MobilityCat · 04/04/2023 00:43

Peaches, apricots, pineapples etc cooked in a curry or stew.

AdaColeman · 04/04/2023 00:52

Stuff a croissant with thin slices of any cheese that melts easily, Edam or Mozzarella etc, add chutney, tomatoes, ham etc for extra deliciousness. Then heat the croissant through well. Air fryers were invented for this!

Giggorata · 04/04/2023 00:58

Stewed apple with salted roast potatoes.

wondabar · 04/04/2023 01:03

Vanilla icecream with some olive oil and Himilayan pink salt. Truly amazing.

GrumpyPanda · 04/04/2023 01:11

Can't believe nobody's mentioned caponata! Or similar sweet-and-sour Southern Italian combinations. I love their fresh quick-braised spinach with garlic and raisins, for example.

AdaColeman · 04/04/2023 01:21

Strawberries with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

mathanxiety · 04/04/2023 02:00

A mixed bag of cheese and caramel popcorn, aka "Chicago style".

mathanxiety · 04/04/2023 02:02

Also from the US, Flaming Hot Cheetos and spray queso from a can.

sashh · 04/04/2023 06:26
