God help me. I can hear dh snoring from here.

Just that. I’m sitting downstairs, with the door closed and I can hear him through the ceiling with the TV on. I turned it off to check, and it’s definitely the snoring from hell.
What shall I do? All suggestions welcome as long as they don’t land me in prison.

The Bose sleep buds are amazing. They block out snoring, overnight roadworks... everything. It's bliss. But they don't link to podcasts or music. Strictly the sleep/noise canceling sounds which is perfect for me otherwise I'd be up all night listening to audio books

I splashed out in these (they are expensive!) because they can also play audio books/music. They switch to noise cancelling when they sense you're asleep - no idea how but it works!!
