Is something big going on… conspiracy theory related

Ok hear me out….

the following things have put me a little bit on edge:

  • emergency alert trial from government (yes I know it’s been spoken about for years)
  • a few asteroids flying “close” and reported in press
  • A few solar/planet events… eg holes in sun creating solar winds, northern lights being so far down south, weird planetary alignments
  • nasa being able to defect the path of an asteroid in the last 6 months
  • the constant threat of nuclear war
  • chatter a few months ago about weird spy balloons and possibility of aliens?!

I can’t help but shake the feeling that some people “higher up” know something that us little folk don’t know yet and that we are being primed.

I am fully prepared to be told I’m crackers! 🤣

... and that we are being primed. Primed for what?

A few of those are known about and are mainstream anyway, and the planetary alignments aren't weird, they can be predicted centuries ahead, their orbits have not altered. Solar winds are caused by solar flares which have a knock-on effect on the northern lights, so nothing odd about any of that. The sun does its own thing all the time.

There's been an underlying threat of nuclear war since the things were invented.

*Ofcom will police the internet for misinformation shortly"
If they do this as well as they police everything else they're already supposed to police, then nothing is likely to change.

There is a large increase in risk of blood clots, hence strokes, and heart attacks, also heart failure within 12 months of contracting covid. I was reading about a study on this the other day. It is a multi-organ infammatory disease.

🤔 and yet, ironically the pharmaceutical companies don’t have liability.
Andrew Bridgen MP was correct - the governments worldwide do need to start an enquiry into the sudden deaths linked to jabs.

Dodgeitornot · 29/03/2023 14:07

@Babyroobs Yh I hear you. It's not a nice thought. Life really isn't very long. I'm no Dr and I think people ought to be fit and healthy, but marathons are extremely taxing and I can't imagine are all that good for you, esp at that age. Regular low stress exercise and weight lifting is what I plan to do when I'm that age. I should probably start now eh 😂

Whiteroomjoy · 29/03/2023 13:29

I’m sorry you had to deal with this.

your point is right, but a huge number of people don’t understand statistical probability, and look for patterns of behaviour in things where it is just random probability playing out.

nor do they understand the difference between cause and correlation

It’s not like they don’t get taught this in schools even pre GCSEs . But it appears a lot of people have either short term memory, weren’t paying attention or believed it was irrelevant to them.

They also don’t understand why they are likely to see threats where there are none or threat in reality is very low. They don’t understand that the amygdala part of the brain (part of the limbic system) is prewired to perceive threats and also prewired to look for patterns of events/behaviours. That prewiring will always be the most important thing the brain wants to do. Good survival reasons for that as a species and natural selection ensured we will always do this. Once stress and anxiety increases, at a perceived threat, the human brain goes into “reptile” brain mode where we respond primarily due to external stimulus (ready for flight, flight, freeze). The “thinking” part of brain controlling rational /“executive” thinking shuts down. That part of brain is needed for critical thinking, planning, learning, etc .
so, Conspiracy theorist are getting worked up over perceived threats bought about by their ignorance of the above, that makes them anxious, brain then ups its responsiveness to perceived threat, stresses, more reptilian thinking and on and on. Working themselves into a world of increasing threats and fears. Meaning less chance for rational thinking . If they actually understood how their brain works, and how we have this tendency to over perceives threats or risks where there are one, maybe they break that cycle and start to think more rationally

Yes NHS conspiracy theories weirdo staff in charge of life and death of the population are being scammed and in turn are scamming me, they say men are women, they will say anything.

OP some of these replies are harsh!

I have had the same fleeting thought. It does feel like we are being “prepped”. Happy to be proved wrong but will enjoy saying I told you so to my husband if something comes of it 😂

I think you misread me. It's not after covid vaccination - it's after catching covid.

Dodgeitornot · 29/03/2023 14:10

@ItIsFiat I don't know if you were joking or not but this whole women men debate has actually made me deeply distrustful of the government and NHS. I was never before that person. I have all my jabs and follow all the guidance but it has made me think, what?! You're really just going to wipe my gender off from all your pamphlets and guidance like it's some annoying mistake written with permanent marker on a whiteboard.

MyCatBakes · 29/03/2023 14:12

EmmaEmerald · 29/03/2023 14:02

MyCatBakes how long are cats meant to live? I thought 15-20 years was normal?

It is. But if neutering was as widespread as it should be, cats would be more or less extinct by now, instead we have the 'conspiracy theory' presented by @Over40Overdating that there's someone deliberately breeding cats and pretending that they're 'homeless and hungry' because they know that people will adopt them. It's probably one of those where the meaning is hard to get across on the internet and what makes sense to one person, is nonsense to someone else.

It made sense to me because I'm a 'mad cat person' (we foster for a rescue charity and oops, some of them who were supposed to be put up for adoption appear to have made a permanent home here). I've also thought about the 'if neutering worked, cats would be extinct by now' theory, or at least we wouldn't still be finding strays and ferals, but obviously that's because people don't neuter and you don't need many fertile cats to top up the population numbers.

sequincardi · 29/03/2023 14:13

Hiphopopotamus · 29/03/2023 10:44

Whenever I see theories like this I marvel at the idea that any group of people, especially the current shit show of a government we have at the moment could keep a secret of this magnitude without leaks. Guaranteed if there was something big going on we would have had the relevant WhatsApp messages splashed all over Twitter by now

🤣🤣this is so true

I think you need to read that post again. The increase in those conditions is due to the disease itself.

Justalittlebitduckling · 29/03/2023 14:17

Is there a “constant threat of nuclear war”? What makes you say that?

No, this study (and others) are on the increased risk of stroke, etc, within 1-12 months of contracting covid itself.

Iloveautumncolours · 29/03/2023 14:20

Whatever it is, however and when it happens (It does feel like something is on the horizon) and we all become casualties of whatever it is I just hope it puts us out of our misery quickly, I don’t want to suffer and I want my children with me when/if it happens. I certainly don’t want to be at work or in the supermarket.
On a lighter note I do hope to get some sort of pre-warning (even though I’ve turned off the government warning thingy), so I can stuff myself silly with all the foods I am currently not allowed consume. I want to go out bloated and with a bang!

OhYouBadBadKitten · 29/03/2023 14:21

From the solar point of view, the sun has a roughly 11 year cycle of activity. The previous cycle was one of the weakest on record on the back of a run of 3 previously weaker cycles, The current cycle is expected to peak in around 2025 and is expected to be stronger than the past few cycles.

Its great news for aurora fans - next winter and the following winter might the right time to book those aurora trips. But solar storms can be disruptive to telecommunications and power grids , so it could be an interesting test of resilience I think.

*I haven't had time to look into it. Another forum I go on is going non public because of it.

Please let us know what you find out*

I asked you as you raised the subject. But I expected the 'do your own research' - it's pretty usual when people are just uncritically repeating what they've heard.

The NHS could be given everything it wants and it would still be unwell, it's run by insane conspiracy theory personality disordered management who trained WILLING staff and put in policy that is anti science, unsafe and insane nonsense that men are women.

The NHS can't be trusted in anything they are always in litigation as they are inept and staffed by those full of themselves that they and their colleagues so no wrong and are always right. The unwell NHS is ignoring data like the Neurenberg trials, serious case reviews, that a man has y chromosomes in every cell of his body, labotomies, maternity scandals, they aren't very well or very intelligent just parrots who repeat information some trainer taught them.

Wonder who funded the research. Because if I was a pharma company, I’d be wanting to cover up known-but-hidden (by Pfizer) side effects of the jabs 😉

I wasn’t being quite that serious! I don’t really think someone is breeding cats and secretly sending them out looking vulnerable!

But every-time I’ve known someone say ‘I’m thinking about getter a cat’ poof! A homeless cat will appear! It’s a mysterious process and we will never know the truth.

The floofy overlords will chose who they want to live with!

EmmaEmerald · 29/03/2023 14:23

MyCatBakes but a world without cats is one of the most awful things I can think of 😭

So I'll repeat - Ofcom is a UK institution. How are they going to hold non UK search engines and messaging applications and SM to account?

And how are they defining misinformation?

They share all this info across Five Eyes already.

"Misinformation" - well, David Davis MP has his Parliamentary comments removed from YouTube so....we know how that goes.

This. 😂 I’m not in the UK and we had the app in 2019 as did many other countries. It works very well and is useful.

@Babyroobs This is sad, but not uncommon. Very often once people make it past their late 50s/ mid 60s they live quite long. I can't remember what it's called but there's a word for that age range. It's the danger age.

Sniper's alley is the phrase I have heard.

Idontgiveashitanymore · 29/03/2023 14:29

Aliens I don’t think are a threat . If the rumours for the last 50 years are true then we would be in pods by now 🤣🤣
Putin is probably mad enough to try to set a missile off , I’m not worried tho as it will be shot down before it gets here! 🤞🏻

The phone alert thing did worry me at first but in hindsight it’s just a move forward in technology. # techyairraidsirens .
Asteroids again a new technology thing .

Jupiter's passed through Orion
And come into conjunction with Mars;
Saturn is wheeling through infinite space
To its pre-ordained place in the stars,
And I gaze at the planets in wonder
At the trouble and time they expend
All to warn me to "Be careful
In dealings involving a friend".
