Women who pout..

This is a genuine question because I don't get it...

Why do they do it?
Do men really find it attractive?

I don't know what they are trying to achieve. I'm not saying it's wrong or whatever, just curious as to what the pose is all about. No one seems to just smile anymore.

It’s a sexual thing.
When aroused blood goes to the lips ( and other parts ) Larger lips, larger eyes, dilated pupils make a woman look sexually aroused and supposedly more attractive. ( remembered from A level psychology)

I woke up during the night, laughing, because of this thread. I'd been dreaming about a police line up, and all the suspects were pouting like that, while the witness was walking down the line. 😁

Isn't it to show off your cheekbones (I could be wrong, not having any to speak of)

It gives the look of cheekbones and a thinner face I think.

I'm on a group where there's is one woman in particular, I'm guessing she's around my age (40s) and every one of the 10 pics she posted of herself today, all pouting ... I mean she is very attractive but I would love to see a smile .... like a proper smile ....

So many not well known do this silly pose, too

I also find silly predictable boring why do well known women allways have to have to allways have to be one dimensional allways smiling happy faces on so many magazines too,

Why aren't women allow to be look more interesting have a range of emotions, be more normal, as Alternative too on cover images of them too on magazines?

There was a twilight actress who starred often on Cult TV series or films who had Alternative look,
And looked refreshing unsmilling,
She looks like she has a hint of a scowl,
