Having ate shit all day despite having covid and not being able to fucking taste anything!!

Confirms to me it's just boredom and habbit because I'm getting zero enjoyment from the taste am I? Everything tastes like cardboard but I'm still shovelling it in!

Am 20lbs over weight and fed up with myself.

And ill do it again tomorrow.

Full disclosure, I've had a gastric sleeve,

So I know 20lbs isn't loads but I've put about 5lbs on from the lowest I got and I don't want to regain the 7 stone I've lost.

I know I'm an emotional eater with lots of MH problems.

I get Goodrays. Really nice flavours and feels like a treat in the evening.

@CrystalCoco , I've just googled trip drinks and they sell them in Holland and Barret, 4 x 250ml for £6.
I'm interested in trying them for the same reasons as you. Never heard of them before !
