Shall we just be happy for an evening

My just turned 1yo has spent 40 mins walking back and forth between me and DH (a skill she has just mastered).

She's now laughing her head off feeding DH pancake, and he's laughing back whilst eating it.

The small wins are sometimes the best ones, let's all share our small wins!

My DS was 22 yesterday and is away at Uni so we had a zoom call ... after all the years of exhausting children's parties, boisterous birthday outings etc etc it felt strange, but comforting, to just be chatting over a zoom call .. but he looked happy and confident and it makes all the 'challenging' years so worthwhile .

Oh @peachgreen that’s really such a nice thing to read this afternoon. It’s cheered me up, I’m having a bit of a tough time at the minute and struggling to see much good anywhere which isn’t like me, it’s been lovely to hear about everyone’s nice news ☺️
