MOT anxiety

Does anyone else feel unnecessarily anxious when their car is in for its MOT? Ours is only 4 years old and well looked after, and we have enough to fix any issues. I'm not naturally an anxious person but feel really chewed whenever my car is in the garage, no idea why though.

Yes I have always worried about the mot although mine is also 14 years old passed its Mot in January and now has an engine issue which is going to cost me 1,000 to fix but I can’t afford a new car and have already been without one for a month and need it so I am going to have to get it fixed!
