Morning all - what’s everyone up to today? I have a day off & not sure what to do with it yet, although I’ll definitely go for a walk as it’s sunny & I’m trying to build up to 10K steps a day. Definitely need to do more decluttering! Probably catch up on an old series of Married At First Sight Australia. My guilty pleasure! Tea is sorted as we’re just having pasta & pesto. Might chuck a garlic baguette in the oven. I need to pop to the butchers to buy a pie for tomorrow.

It's my 50th birthday today! I've had a lie in and am now sitting drinking Bucks Fizz and eating chocolates whilst DH is making me breakfast. We are going somewhere this afternoon but I've no idea where! Quite a good start to the day so far 😀

I have cleaned the kitchen, pegged a load out, changed the bed, marked a load of essays for interviews next week, done 1 interview, and 1 more to go in 4 minutes, and hoovered the bedroom and hall. Will shower after interview, then think about what to do for the rest of the day. Have a day off tomorrow. Whoop, whoop.

Still in bed as have bad headache, it's cold and could just hibernate tbh

Currently sitting on my sofa wrapped in my heated blanket which is on the boil setting 😀 Gf is upstairs asleep, she's at mine for the weekend. I have my dog at my feet & her dog snuggled up next to me. Just seen my DD10 off to my ex-wife for the weekend, our DS15 went round last night. Going to have a peaceful read of my book. I might have a look for some new summer dresses online.

I'm supposed to be working in London next week, my DS has come down with a cold, I'm really hoping I don't catch it.

I am a cat lap, still in bed, but have done the weekly meal plan.
DC the younger is in the bathroom, doing her face and hair, getting ready for work, and possibly thinking dark thoughts about unreasonable parents.
DH is downstairs making us a poached egg for breakfast, and cleaning out the fridges etc and making a grocery list.
I likes Saturdays, I do.

Oh I’ve done my meals list for the week too. Gives me great pleasure!
