Anyone else’s hayfever gone crazy this week?!

Started my fexofenadine a couple of weeks ago in anticipation, but yesterday and today really suffering. Hayfever has starred with a vengeance 😩

Added eye drops twice a day yesterday and just added nasal spray as well tonight along with a bedtime piriton tablet too. Surely that lot will knock it into touch.

Those of you on 180 fexofenadine… did the GP increase to this from a 120 dose? I might ask if mine can be increased if so.

The addition of nasal spray has helped but
fexofenadine
eye drops
nasal spray
plus piriton at night
is a fairly determined attack!

I was put straight onto Fexofenadine 180 by my GP, but my skin was in a terrible state at the time.

Was this for hayfever or a skin reaction like hives? Had a look online and it seemed to say 120 is the hayfever dose and 180 was for hives…

I cough with hayfever and have been coughing a lot this week. I had Covid a few weeks ago so put it down to the covid cough but maybe not! I think there's a bit of covid cough but probably aggravated by hay fever.

I've started taking antihistamines so hopefully they'll kick in but unfortunately I can't take Fexofenadine as it makes me feel fuzzy for want of a better description. I just double up the normal ones instead.
