Holiday retreat for DH and adult DS

DH is super stressed at work, DS in Y2 of Uni, both at the brink of burnout. I have just started a new job and cannot take a holiday for the time being. I'd love to send them both to a retreat in the sun just before the Easter holidays, somewhere warm where they can simply relax, switch off, restore, but also have the option of something more active if they wish (e.g. snorkelling, cycling...). Ideally I'd like them both to try relaxation, maybe yoga, but they're not the type to go seek these kind of experiences, the experience needs to come to them in the right context at the right time if that makes any sense. Would love to hear of your recommendations. Short haul preferred. Was looking at 5 nights/one week sort of thing.

Santorini? Some beautiful apartments with little pools on the edge of the caldera. Very relaxing

Santorini looks beautiful thank you. I guess rather than a general destination I need specific resorts. Maybe what I am looking for doesn't exist, I don't know. I just want DH and DS to have a lovely relaxing break but not be bored, not be surrounded by families or pensioners, and not have to worry about shopping for groceries, cooking, etc. Oh, and be warm!!

Lindos Blu Hotel. Adult only, amazing food and location

Take a look at neilson or club med - try club med booking separately as prices can be cheaper and flights more convenient
Nice one in Portugal or Marbella

I did a surf and yoga trip to Lanzarote once and it was lovely. They probably do them on the other islands too. I would look for adults only hotels though, the Canaries are very child friendly.

Plenty of choice and variety, for any sporting or relaxation interests. Really great quality experience

Club La Santa Lanzarote

Some hotels to give you ideas. Will be a nice temperature. www.jet2holidays.com/cycling-holidays/cyprus-cycling-holidays

Will they appreciate you 'sending' them anywhere? If they are not the types to seek the experiences you think they ought to have it sounds like it's more your idea of a holiday than theirs.

Another vote for Neilsons or Club La Santa

Sharm el sheik. Barrons palm hotel - adults only, glorious beach/reef for snorkelling. Day trips to Rad Mohammed. Great sauna. Some activities you can sign up for. Decent food all inclusive
