Who is Banksy?

Is it common knowledge in the Art world who Banksy is?

Is part of their appeal that their identity is a mystery?

Having read this and compared the video interview of Banksy to video of Robert del Naja from Massive Attack, I'm convinced it's him.

He hasn't even been particularly devious about it - in fact he's deliberately made public connections between Banksy and his band.

I wonder how he feels about the fact that his alter ego's art is now more famous than the music that has his real name attached to it. Perhaps he actually wants to be unmasked ...
