I'm making a Suzani cushion for the fun of it. It's very fiddly but relaxing. I'm making it up as I go along but something similar to this pic:

I’ve just frogged the beginning of a cuff to cuff cardigan I was making; I decided I wanted it looser so I’m going up .5mm on the old needle to see if that gives me the texture I want. Right diva behaviour 😂

I’m adding ribbing to the neckline on a sleeveless pullover that probably won’t fit me🙂

I’m knitting a police officer - don’t laugh - a hand puppet for a charity that sends them out to children’s therapists all over the U.K. It’s a bloody fiddle, though, and there’s the rest of a set of ‘professionals’ to go.

Much more of a faff than the big cuddly ‘worry-eaters’ I usually make for the charity. Here’s my last - recently posted off to his new home, wherever that may be. Big fat needles and 2 strands of DK so quite quick.

I really want to learn to do something but I never find the motivation to actually try.

Today I have started trying to design and cut wedding favour boxes for one of my dd's.
Practising to see how intricate I can the design on it 😬

it’s a vintage pattern I bought in a second hand shop, I’ve never done a ribbed neckline either. It’s not perfect but I’m not in the mood to undo any

Is your cushion appliqué? I’ve never seen that before it looks very intricate

Stitch and bitch thread

I'm working on an embroidered felt letter - first letter of my name - which will eventually be a cover for my journal. I've only started it this afternoon so nothing much to see yet.

This afternoon I’ve knitted half a social worker - well, except for her head - I’m waiting for flesh-coloured yarn to arrive. Might get around to the other headless half later.

Here she is. I will slide her down the needle and get on with her other half.
