Why does Surrey seem to have quite a few stuck up people

I was working in Surrey today and people there seem to turn their nose up a certain people. Why are people like that there? Has anyone else noticed this there?

Used to live there and people were nice if you knew them (mums groups etc) but otherwise no one talks to you. Hampshire was the same. Love living in Yorkshire as everyone chats.

New Addington was Surrey when i lived there one side of Addington high school was Surrey other side of school was Kent
