Work won't give me a new contract

Hello,
I've name changed as I could do without previous posts being linked to me.

So I started a job a few months ago, I was on 25 hours a week.
Within the month I was doing 45 hours.
It's been 3 months of asking for my new contract, I asked again yesterday and my boss said she will talk to me about it that afternoon
Still waiting..

I feel as though I'm on a thin line (my own personal feelings) so I don't want to keep pushing for it

But what else can I do?

(Also gone above my boss and contacted their boss, with no reply)

I haven't read the full thread... but surely if you are contracted to 5 hours over 5 days and you need holiday, you book those 25hours and just don't work the rest as those hours aren't in your contract?

I presume you are getting paid for the hours you are doing on top of your 25 hours per week? That would assume it is on an overtime basis and if you chose to not do them one week, their wouldn't be anything they can do?

“Dear Fred,

Further to our recent conversations in relation to my new working hours, I have not yet received a copy of my new terms and conditions of employment. I have taken advice on this and I am advised that my new contract ought to have been provide to me within one month of the change (i.e. by [date]). There is a financial penalty for a company which fails to comply with this legislation.

I would be grateful if you would provide my new contract by return together with confirmation that the new terms applied with effect from [date]. Since my terms have changed mid year please also confirm my new leave entitlement which will now reflect my new full time hours and any entitlement which has carried over from last year as a result of my new working hours not having been reflected in the HR/payroll records.

I look forward to hearing from you by return.

Kind regards”
