The freezer too would take ages

I'm just wondering if you come up with anything different to what I'm doing

Mince kebabs (if you have bread rolls I'd be tempted to make some type of alternative hot dogs with spicy mince kebabs, mustard, ketchup and fried onions)

With a side of Moroccan Zaalouk cooked salad www.thedeliciouscrescent.com/zaalouk-moroccan-eggplant-dip/ (equally delicious without tomatoes or bell peppers)

Homemade chicken stock
Leftover roast chicken
Cooked sweet potatoes
A green cabbage
Butternut squash
Lots of cheese
A small amount of cavolo nero
A small amount of swiss chard - stems only
Two fat pork belly strips
Streaky bacon
Too many sauces/condiments!!

Also curious to see what you would make with this.
