That any driver who has been banned from driving is made to wear a tag (that if they got in the drivers seat to break the law again) would not allow the car engine to start.

When the grass needs cutting that it would automatically mow itself.

A chute in the kitchen for rubbish and recycling. It would work on a vacuum system and automatically deposit waste into the correct bin outside. The bins outside would then be affixed to a dolly track and would automatically take themselves out to the collection point on bin day and return themselves once emptied.
