The owners don’t really give a shit about their dogs and are most likely to be the same idiots who let their dogs bark all day and we’ll into them night too.

I'd invent a self heating patch or hat for migraines. Like the soft gel ones - except they’re cooling. I need warmth on my head. And it has to be soft, so those patches you can buy for your back are no good. If a hat, must be washable, obviously.

Something that makes smear tests painless like a tiny little wire that gets up there, collects the cells and can do the HPV analysis there and then. Would help those of us with tilted/awkward to find cervix and post menopausal dryness. Just had awful smear experience!

you could also do something where someone says they shouldn't lose their licence because they absolutely have to be able to get their child to school or elderly parent to hospital that it would only let them do that journey and no others until the time a driving ban would have ended.

A magical cure for migraines would be good.

Also something where you could remotely turn down someone else's music when they are having loud parties in their gardens until the early hours.
