Can anyone find me a Look Fantastic contact number that actually works?

Hi,

I ordered a package from them a couple of weeks ago (next day delivery!) that still hasn't arrived. Just told it's been delayed and an investigation is being launched! 🙄 The customer service has been shocking! The one number I've found doesn't work!

I just want to speak to a human that can fix this!

Be very grateful if someone can find this!

Nope I never managed to find one, but got it resolved via their chat function and messages. Nightmare of a company.

@Shitfather bah! Their chat is always "unavailable" now. I have no other way of contacting them other than SM, which I've already done and basically been told the same.

There is also a message function on the app. It takes them 1-2 days to respond. Keep trying the chat function. Have your order number, name, address typed out on notepad so you can paste it. I had several conversations with different agents. You have persevere.

@Shitfather I've sent several messages via the app, but all I get told is they're trying to resolve the issue and have raised an investigation or they then tease me with a refund or a new order, but then...nothing. I keep looking at the chat option, but it's permanent greyed out now. Suspect they couldn't handle the volume of complaints so removed it!

Oh how bloody annoying!! I made contact with them after Black Friday. I did eventually deal with a very nice person after explains I was a single mum waiting to feed my child. She expedited the refund. She did say they were busy with post BF queries. It’s a bit silly they have shut the chat option. You could try contacting the parent company (The Hit Group if I’m not mistaken) and lodge a complaint. Have you tried Twitter and FB? I find ranting about shot service on SM helps.
