Can anyone recommend any good (free) cycle trackers? FYI I don't intend on using it to help get pregnant I am just wanting to track my cycle Smile

I use the Apple health app - free if you have an iphone?

JustBkind · 02/01/2023 08:19

Clue - love it!

DaysyDay app is free and works with the daysy thermometer and is very accurate, can be used either to plan pregnancy or as contraception as tracks fertile and infertile days if your cycle. It’s expensive but fab! Also you can get them cheaper on eBay if you don’t mind buying them used.

Another vote for Clue. Easy to use and no twee language.

StaceySolomonSwash · 02/01/2023 08:52

Flo is easy to use.

CremeEggsForBreakfast · 02/01/2023 08:52

I use Clue as well.

I was using one called Period Tracker/Period Calendar but it was all twee and patronising, had flowers all over it and I had to choose a "pet" who would tell me when my period was due. Bleugh!

But Clue is very simple and user friendly and not at all patronising. If you really get on with it or want more from it you can upgrade to the paid version too.

Clue - easy to use and you can add your own symptoms to track

I use period tracker by GP International LLC. Used it for years, it's really good. I like the widget which just has a number on it, a countdown to the next period.

I use Clue, too.

kimlo · 02/01/2023 09:16

I use flo. It's fine.

RubaiyatOfAnyone · 02/01/2023 09:24

I use Ovia which is good.

Dollythesheepagain · 02/01/2023 09:25

I use flo and Fitbit. Fitbit seems to adapt better and analyses the cycle, which I quite like.

readingismycardio · 02/01/2023 09:28

I use femometer app. Happy about it!

JPduck · 02/01/2023 09:33

Apple health map. You can use as simply as you want. I only record start day.

JPduck · 02/01/2023 09:33

App! Not map!

EBearhug · 02/01/2023 19:17

What I like about Clue is you can choose which symptoms to track, and also it does an analysis over time, so you can see your averages and if things are changing.

IveHadEnoughNowFfs · 02/01/2023 19:22

Apple health. It’s great, lets me know with reminders when to expect AF. Can also log symptoms, CM and so on .

Toddlerteaplease · 02/01/2023 19:55

iPhone one is good.
