Are Evri supposed to photograph each doorway they deliver to?

I have a parcel that's gone missing this morning. Tracking says it was put through the letterbox - it wasn't. On the tracking info there's no location map & no photo of the door, so I've no way of knowing where it ended up. I'm sick of this because I buy vintage bits online and they're unreplaceable for the most part.

No idea, but it's worth going back to them and asking for proof. If they did photograph, ask to see (we had a photo supplied from a difference delivery agent, looked like our style of house but certainly wasn't our house!).

Contact your bank, request a chargeback, and also contact the people from whom you ordered from.

Please any MPs who read this, bring in a law that requires you to know the parcel carrier before you pay for any online order.

well they once took left a parcel in my gaden at the gate with a picture with my dog as evidence

I bought something online and the Evri guy only sent a sat nav screenshot which was incredibly vague as proof of delivery (it didn’t come to my house ) , contacted retailer and they advised it didn’t meet their delivery standards and refunded me . I did notice when I left a one star review on the delivery email from Evri and said where is my parcel on it they actually phoned me about it
