Has anyone got experience working for (or dealing with) Peppy healthcare, please?

Peppy are a digital healthcare company, who are fairly new. I wondered if anyone had an experience of maybe working for them or have you used their services?
Thanks.

Yes, I have worked there a few months, supposedly a clinical role…what do you want to know?

Thanks @HarrysChild for replying.
I had seen a clinical role advertised (menopause) and was thinking of applying for it. I wasn't sure how it would work via the digital platform & not by seeing the patient face to face.
What does a normal day at work look like? Is it a long list of booked appointments back to back or is there some variety?
Also, was there much training & support at the start?
Thank you.

it’s a really nice team, and the working from home is absolutely brilliant. You get a new Macbook Air and £200 for a chair/desk. It’s mainly a chat service, so patients message in via an app and then you have chats with them. They are always expanding and recruiting. For me, it’s a bit too un-clinical, as a lot of the patient queries are lifestyle related, and I struggle with that. But it is expanding to include prescribing later this year so it might get a bit more clinical then. Good luck if you do decide to apply x

Oh and yes you get the two day BMS Menopause Course thrown in as well, which is valuable and hard to get on IME

The Meno team are open 9-9 monday-friday, and you usually work 8hr a day, either 9-5 or 1-9. An hour paid lunch in the middle. After you’ve been doing chats a while you can then move onto doing consultations, although as I say at the moment it is all advisory as they don’t have prescribing set up yet. The chats are all text based from computer.

We have access to the Peppy app at work. I've not used it, but colleagues say it's very good.

That’s really good to hear, it is certainly staffed by really highly trained practitioners
