A bit of a dull post, but can someone tell me if all employers need to pay their employees, Employers NI?

The thresholds have changed though, so you may have paid it in a previous job and not in this one because of the threshold changes.

What is your gross pay?

employers NI has nothing to do with your state pension, that’s employees NI and credits. You get these ‘credits’ when you earn over £123 a week, but you don’t pay towards it.
