We've been given a cheese selection box today, sell by date expires tomorrow. It includes cheddar, red leicester, brie, stilton, edam and a smoked cheese. I'm the only serious cheese eater in the house and have already bought a couple of treat cheeses for myself to eat, so fear they'll be wasted.
