I am going to have slow cooked Boeuf Bourguignon with buttery mash. The ingredients are en route today, so I can marinade the beef in red wine before putting it in the slow cooker Christmas Eve. Button mushrooms, shallots and pancetta in the sauce. Lots of leftovers for the freezer.
