Far far less than usual because I've been at family's and mainly eaten cheese and chocolate. I've had some cucumber, celery, cherry tomatoes, bean salad and coleslaw with lunch.

Breakfast: something along of the lines of hash with onions, mushrooms, tomato's, potato's, peppers and fried eggs, or poached eggs in avocado toast with tomato's (I don't eat breakfast during the week).

Lunch: homemade soup (with 2-3 portions of veg in), wrap with grated carrot and hummus, cheese salad sandwiches, ramen with edamame, carrots, peppers and an egg. I always take a fruit salad of kiwi, orange and blueberries to work. Sometimes I add pineapple or apples as well.

Dinner: Always included at least 2 portions of veg but we eat vegetarian so can easily get a full 5 portions into dinner.

No snacks needed.
