Some raisins, apricots erm that's it. I know I should eat more but I'm always drawn to crap food. Do people really eat all those veg and fruit every day? How do you have room for anything else?

I usually have more but I have the cold from hell and much prefer chocolate with it.

Genuine question for those who manage 7/8/9+ a day... how?? Can someone send a typical days meal plan? I would love to include more in my diet but I really would struggle for 10 a day without eating constantly.

Today I had

Porridge with stewed apples,cinnamon and nuts

Homemade cottage pie with peas,carrots,onions and celery cooked in it then cabbage, sprout tops and broccoli on the side with gravy.

Homemade houmos with pitta bread
Carrots and cucumber ( forgot these on previous post.

If you like a bacon sandwich add tomato and lettuce.
Like porridge - add stewed apple and dried fruit.

Like pot noodles - add a grated carrot and a handful of frozen peas, pop it in the microwave for a minute.

Make soup with dried peas or tinned beans and loads of veg - bloody cheap
