an apple
I’ll be having carrots and courgettes soon

Matildahoney · 18/12/2022 19:01

Does cranberry sauce count?! 😂
About to have broccoli, carrots and satsumas though.
I'm better in the week, I have homemade veg soup for lunch everyday, then more in the evening.

RugbyGirl1 · 18/12/2022 19:01

Baked beans, mushrooms, baby toms, dried apricots, tenderstem broccoli, carrots, sweet potato, carrots, sprouts and a banana.... And a mince pie if you count the dried fruit in that 😂

Willmafrockfit · 18/12/2022 19:05

3 cherry tomatoes and half an avocado

Zodiacsigns · 18/12/2022 19:05

Some sultanas in a fruit cake! I really struggle with this. I only eat 3 meals per day. Today I had porridge for breakfast, so no fruit and veg there. I wasn't hungry at noon so just the slice of fruit cake and a glass of orange juice. I'm about to get the evening meal but that'll only be one portion of vegetables. I don't understand how people fits 5 portions into their day without constantly eating.

AnaBannanna · 18/12/2022 19:05

Broccoli, Carrots, potatoes if they count...2 pastel de natas, several quietly street chocs.

largeprintagathachristie · 18/12/2022 19:06

Oh gosh. None thus far.

OrangePomander · 18/12/2022 19:07

Well, coffee is a plant so…

Other than that nothing so far. But there will be three different vegetables with the Sunday roast tonight.

DilkushaKitchen · 18/12/2022 19:07

Swede
Broccoli
Carrots
Red Cabbage
Cranberry sauce

Will probably have either some kind of vegetable soup or something with lettuce/cucumber/tomato on the side later on.

Willmafrockfit · 18/12/2022 19:08
