I need to stop vaping

I've been vaping for about 8 years 🤢

I smoked for about 10 years and used an e cigarette to stop smoking and I was well chuffed!! Now I'm far more addicted to the vape than I ever was smoking cigarettes.

My big problem is the habit. It's in my hand 24/7, I'm on edge if I can't have it on me or if I don't have any refill.

Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom 🙏🏻
