Are JM candles really worth it?

I want to treat myself and buy some candles for the home.
Just looked at Jo Malone and they are really pricey!

I don't mind to splurge on one, provided the smell is really nice and long-lasting.
Is it worth it though?
Are there other brands that are as nice but cheaper?

Diptique candles are the best! Very expensive but worth it.

Don't even think about a Beauty Pie one they all smell dreadful in my opinion. I don't know how they get such good reviews!

I found Diptyque underwhelming. The scent throw was good initially, then it seemed to dwindle away to nothing.

Neom 3 wicks beat them, hands down.

You may as well burn your money in a fireplace. Why not buy something that will actually last?

Because some people love candles. Its their money to spend however they want

I've not had a JM Candle but I recently got some Calamity and the Beard candles and they smell incredible. The gingerbread one is my current favourite.
They seem to be quite a new company and were at a local craft market but I couldn't resist buying some because they smelt so good.
Apparently one of them used to work for St Eval Candles and their candles are highly rated

@Summerhouse2013 lemongrass and rosemary is my favourite. But I also love verbena and peppermint.

Thanks to your recommendation I now have a beautiful diffuser & candle in lemongrass & rosemary....well impressed & excellent value for money.
