Natural ways to make your period come early without medication any ideas?

My periods have become unpredictable recently and I really need it to come this week. Does anyone have any tips?

Getting shitfaced on cheap cider always worked for me as a teen/young adult
Or maybe it was the universe punishing me by adding to the misery of my hangover?

From memory, cos it was a long time ago now, I scrounged enough supplies to get me to the next roadhouse. The price was probably exorbitant. I also threw an 18 day cycle once, again a time of strong upheaval. Again not really prepared.

DD now gets advised to never underestimate her body’s ability to piss you off. I think period knickers are easier to have just in case than everything we needed to stock.

Cinnamon tea! Works every time for me without fail

In ME they boil cinnamon sticks and some ground cinnamon and drink it for several days before they want to induce a period.

I’ll remember this for next time, I really needed it to come today at the latest or it won’t finish on time.

Some great ideas, I wish I’d asked earlier so I had more time. Looks like I’m going to have to think of a plan B☹️.
