Tin opener on plane

Are you allowed to take a tin opener in hand luggage on a plane?

I'd imagine not but asking just incase.

Hopefully this isn't one of your 3 that have broken, but I have this tin opener and it's lasted longer than any other one. Very little exposed sharp bits so might get through airport security.

I have this one too and it's great.

You can take enclosed razors and replacement heads in hand luggage so I would guess that yes, you can.
