How many hot drinks have you had today?

Weird question I know!

I've just sat down with my 3rd cup of tea of the day and have had one (instant, decaff) coffee as well so far.

I don't often drink coffee but I'll probably have another 3 or 4 cups of tea today!

3 coffees and biscuit tea, all before 11am. That’s probably it for hot drinks today.

Only 9.10am here but I've had two large coffees

2 so far - green tea at breakfast time, black coffee after forest school. I do IF so no hot drinks with milk in my fasting time!

I'll probably have an ordinary tea after fetching DS1 from school in an hour or so, but that'll be it. Just drink water the rest of the time.

My dog got me up at 5am 🤬 so 3 by 10am 🙈. I won’t have anymore as caffeine after lunch time makes me unable to sleep and I need all the sleep I can get!

3 cups of tea so far and I might have another one later and I think I'll have a Horlicks before bed.

I’m just having my second hot drink ( tea ) , I had green tea with breakfast .

3 coffees so far. I will have another 2 at least I'd say. Always one as a wind down with something sweet after I get the children into bed. Caffeine has no effect on me, but I just love the taste and warmth 😋☕️

1. I had a cup of tea when I woke up, then I had 2 appointments in town this morning with an hour between so I had a pot of tea in a cafe to kill the time. Just had another one now as I've just got home and its freezing - I wanted to hold the hot mug as much as I needed a drink really!

Just having my first one now. Also my first drink of the day

9 cups of tea. I'll have three cups of herbal tea before bed later as well.

Tea when I wake up with breakfast, 3x coffees throughout the morning. Then none until 10pm when I have a milky coffee before bed

2 large coffees before 8am, water for the rest of the day.

some days I might have a decaff or hot chocolate as well.

Two instant coffees. Will probably have one or two decaf teas this afternoon.

Should have more water than I have had though, but it's chilly in my office!

4 mugs of tea so far, perhaps another 4 or 5 more to come. Pretty standard for me - love tea!

Two cups of tea and will have two more hot drinks probably, one being a decaf coffee.

Up at 5.45am, its now 2.25pm and I have had 8 cups of tea so far. I dont normally count and I know I will have plenty more before I go to bed

No tea or coffee but 1 cup a soup!

But am about to crack open my 3rd can of diet coke 🙈

So far, I had a cup of tea in bed first thing, then a coffee about 9.30 to keep my hands warm while I was working in the garden. Then it started to rain so I went shopping and popped into Costa around lunchtime and had a coffee and a sandwich in there. Right this minute I am enjoying a cup of tea and buttered crumpets.

I’ve had two coffees. I’d like a cup of tea but I can’t drink it, it gives me stomachache.

2x lemsip
1x fruit tea

Nearing time for 3rd coffee. Will probably have 4 in total plus another lemsip and another fruit tea.

On number 5 ☕️

I don't eat breakfast or lunch so that keeps me going
