Tommee tippee steriliser so messy!

I have the 2 tier tommee tippee sterliser - im finding it a right pain ! I think i must be missing something!
I wash everything in warm soapy water- rinse it with cold - put it on the racks and sterilise it - then move it all onto the drying rack so it can air dry - but does this not compromise the sterlie ness of the items?
Im forever wiping water off the worktop and steam from all over the cupboard door fronts!
Surely there has to be an easier way than this 😫

I have the MAM electric steriliser and feel the exact same way.. always cleaning water off the worktop, steam off the cupboards, refilling the base, and now I’m currently descaling the feking thing!

I want to throw the towel in and get a cold water steriliser but I’ll be damned if I’m not using this MAM sterilised after paying £90 for it 😁😁.

We sent our first steriliser back and got one that dried as well, was a game changer for us. I nearly flooded the kitchen every time I needed to empty it x

Dont get me started on the "drying rack" i bought! I still end up kitchen towelling the water out hours later !!

After a few months, I threw in the towel
and bought some self sterilising bottles. Well, you know, you still have to put water in the bottom and sterilise them.

They were fantastic. We used the Mam ones but other brands do them too.

Oh, that bloody drying rack ended up at the charit shop after a few weeks!

Sorry, I mean you put water in the bottom of the bottle and put it in the microwave for 3 mins to sterilise.

Can you not just put bottles together again wet? I have mam bottles that are sterilised in the microwave and I just shake the water out and assemble them, have done the same for 2 babies and never even thought about drying them!

I had no idea you were meant to air dry them!
