Is anyone else slightly intrigued by Harry’s new book?

I wonder what he has said. Although I feel he is pushing himself even further away from his family.

Why have they already deep discounted the book?

Totally normal ime.

I have never paid much more than half price for a brand new autobiography. The big booksellers like Amazon, Waterstones etc always have them pretty much half price from ore sales.
Sometimes they are full price for a few days but are discounted quickly and this discount applies to any pre sales too (so long as it's not after publishing date.)

I would be quite interested as he seems to be criticising everyone. I will read the extracts in the paper though as I am sure most of it is boring dross.

It will be in the bargain bin at Poundland soon enough.

beachcitygirl · 28/10/2022 16:45

I want to read it. I hope it helps
Bring down the royal family. Bit by bit, brick by brick.

Philip the racist dead ✅
Queen dead ✅
Andy the paedo outed ✅
William affairs ✅
Kate clothes horse martyr ✅

I wish him & his wife happiness- and good on them for getting it all to fuck.

I specifically hope he puts Andrew's lies & horrific behaviour out there.

I am intrigued to see if it's going to be as bad as everyone thinks.

I won't buy it when it comes out. I might waste a Kindle library sign-up on it; or pick it up in a charity shop a few months later.

beachcomber70 · 28/10/2022 16:51

Not impressed by the negative title at all, and certainly not interested in it at all.

All he has done is moan and moan and whine for years about his 'awful' life. Many kids have lost their mothers at a young age, albeit not in the public eye. They haven't had the support and network behind them, nor been spared money pressures.

Harry comes over pitiful, self absorbed, entitled, self pitying, selfish and very unkind [to his close family]. The therapy he has had have obviously not worked, he seems unhinged and hen pecked. His choice. I have no idea why he can't do a worthwhile job and enjoy his new family and his life of freedom. And stop constantly causing upset to his father, brother, sister in law, ignoring his niece and nephews [amongst others]. His lack of respect and loyalty to his grandfather and grandmother has been staggering.

Roselilly36 · 28/10/2022 16:51

Not interested in the least, I wouldn’t buy it.

XanaduKira · 28/10/2022 16:53

Completely agree @beachcomber70

dadadeedadada · 28/10/2022 16:54

My only thought about it is.....his eyes are too close together.

Why have they already deep discounted the book?

Pre-orders boost books in the publication week sales charts, as well as weighting the Amazon chart algorithms.

Witchofthedales · 28/10/2022 16:58

I'll be buying it, I like Harry.

I think the £30 million was the main reason!

But completely agree, he’s a huge hypocrite. Said they wanted to leave UK to live private lives but there’s been non-stop media projects exploiting royal family connections. I hope it flops and his other 3 books are scrapped.

DemBonesDemBones · 28/10/2022 20:32

I've pre ordered it. Who advised him to release it in January though?!

the80sweregreat · 29/10/2022 08:21

Calling it spare is just a marketing gimmick
Totally agree with beach comber below
Other children lose their parents too , they have it far harder than he has

Croque · 29/10/2022 13:57

The cover says spare. The first page will say ribs.
The third page will be an ubereats code for money off (with a cut going to Archewell).

Croque · 29/10/2022 13:58

Oops the second page will be a gushing dedication to self.

This exactly. Moved to Canada for "quiet life" hasn't been out the press since.

I can't stand him, spoilt entitled, little brat. Just like his father Charles.
