Does threadworm medication kills worms in the vagina?

My 6 year old DD has worms. I treated her on Wednesday. Just went to look at her bum while she is asleep and she had one in her vagina!!
I know this can happen, but wondering if the medication is also effective at killing them in that area.
Feel sick with worry.

No, no belly ache. The worms cleared up after a couple of days from ovex. My other daughter has had worms a few times and they necer moved into the vagina like this.
