I just love a ring thread!
My DP and I got married last month, and I'm waiting for my wedding ring to come back from the jewellers as it was a little too big.

Whilst I'm waiting (and missing it!!) I'd love to see yours!

Wow, some of these rings are lovely! I don't wear my engagement ring anymore, but I had an eternity ring made for our 10th wedding anniversary, which I love and wear all the time.

I have such ring envy...
Here are mine: twisted gold wire was my first ever gift from OH, in the middle a wedding ring of my grandmother, bottom is a ruby & diamond chip ring I bought with a small inheritance from her as a memento. Solitaire was a gift to myself for my 60th, bought with inheritance from my DF to remember him. Slim wedding ring from DH (same one!) for my 60th. Eternity ring was from DH for our silver wedding.
Right hand has my original wedding ring, a pearl and white sapphire, for my 30th wedding anniversary, and emeralds for my 40th wedding (my green 'rubies'), and a sapphire for my 50th birthday. Only the third finger left hand ones are worn regularly.

Another aquamarine. Over 21 years old now 😎

I just love these rings. And what I love is how much they mean to us.

I am the poster who is wearing my aunt's ring. But my actual engagement ring we got from an auction and was from a deceased estate. I always hope that somewhere whoever had my ring before me knows how much I love it. It's an art deco emerald and diamond ring.

We were 'married' back in the days of Civil Partnerships before same sex marriage was legal... so it felt right to have something a little different and unique to us. We converted our CP to a marriage when it became legal and they backdate it to the date of your CP!
