It's Autumn as fuck out there today - grey and rainy, leaves everywhere.. I quite like it Grin

Have just finished the tea, got a Panacalty cooking away in the slow cooker ready for the kids getting home from school. Will do some Yorkshire puddings to accompany it I think.

What's everyone else having?

Thank you for the slow cooker recipe! I was just going to ask for this going to add to next week’s meal plan.

I’ve made a cottage pie with a cauliflower & Stilton topping ready to go into the oven later with cabbage and leeks.

I've got a beef stifado in the slow cooker - it was posted on IG a couple of days ago and I've not had a stifado in yonks.
I'm leaving out the orzo and Parmesan, that's just food fuckery right there!

My future self thanks me
Love that, it perfectly describes the feeling after putting the slow cooker on.
I haven't eaten corned beef since the 1960s! That sounds good though, might try it.
I don't eat differently according to season or temperature other than including whatever fruit or veg is seasonal. I've found some filo at the bottom of the freezer so it will be samosas for tea here.

Thai sweet potato curry and rice.
But MIL feeds our fussy 8yo on Wednesdays.
