Help! Why are my lips so dry and cracked?

I always feel on the point of cold sores, my lips are peeling and the skin around them dry and red way beyond the lip line.

does anyone have any amazing solutions?

my lips do get triggered by salt or tomato based sauces, so I generally avoid them, but any suggestions would be very welcomed.

Lansinoh has worked best for me

Could potentially be an iron deficiency - perhaps worth asking your GP for a blood test
