I always do Wordle before I come on the thread so I didn’t see the spoiler either. Only times I check the thread is if I’m really struggling and wonder if there are any hints. Can’t say that’s ever helped though!

Anyway I thought today’s might be one of those ones with too many options for me but I got it in four. Happy enough.

I also do Wordle before looking at this thread because of hints being dropped about unusual words, Americanisms etc. @Sswhinesthebest don't worry, these things happen. This is a nice friendly thread which I look forward to more than I'd expected each day, let's keep it that way

Yes that’s pretty much how it went. Thank you to those who were understanding yesterday and thanks for the apology arnaquer And well done to barbara for the getting it in one. I’m another one who never looks at the thread until after I’ve done Wordle so really didn’t realise that my unthinking spoiler would affect quite so many people.

I’ve now sorted out why I couldn’t post on my iPad with help from mumsnet HQ, but now I’ve lost all my stats ☹️.
