Wedding dilemma

We're invited to a wedding (in laws) and there's 2 peopleI I absolutely don't want to see or even them to see me they've done us bad in the past so they're dead to me. It's 300+ guests wedding but apparently we will be sitting at the same table as them I don't know how big the table is or the table plan. How can I avoid them?

I'm singing this in a country and western voice now.

"Don' wanna go to the waddin', 'cos them table guests have done me baaaaad... "

Hilarious. PPs responses have made this thread a classic.

Hoppinggreen is an eminent poster with one of the best MN stories (the newborn and the layers of clothing)

Oh sure - though obvs I can’t tell it as well as Hopping.

When she was a young mother with a newborn, with the associated sleep deprivation and being frazzled, she took to heart the advice that the baby should always wear the number of layers as her +1, to ensure baby is warm.
One time she was getting ready to go out when realised they are both wearing the same number of layers! In her state of exhaustion, instead of adding a blanket to the baby, she took her own coat off and proceeded to go out, with the layering sorted. Grin
